I've always found that when those lovely little eye twiches come that the more sleep I get the more they go away. I know how annoying they can be! Good luck!
It's true--it is the sleep. Same thing happened to me when I tried to go to Jazzercise at the unearthly hour or 5:30 am. As soon as I stopped going that early, my eye stopped twitching.
For me...when I'm stressed about something or over tired. Get some shut eye...oh, wait, you can't cause it's twitching...can I call you Twitch? Pretty please?
