I'm Thankful for Ethan

Ethan's Kindergarten class did the sweetest little program for Thanksgiving. They did the pilgrim hats and sang pilgrim songs, and "America the Beautiful", and then they put on their Indian head dresses and did an eagle dance, with a drum circle and everything. I tried to get a picture of that, but I couldn't get Ethan to hold still long enough. Go figure.
Anyway, his whole class took a turn to say what they were grateful for, and we heard sweet little answers like, "my mom", "my baby sister", "Jesus", "America", "My family", and when it was my Ethan's turn, he said "I'm grateful my house didn't burn down".
I just LOVE him!!

Ethan as an Indian. He could see me pointing the camera at him, hence the cheesy smile.

They knew the sign language for America the Beautiful. It was so awesome!!
Sorry for the fuzzy pictures, I was far away, and I haven't quite figured out my camera yet.

Wish I could have seen the Indian dance. Maybe Ethan will do a private performance?!
